Authorise Your Device

All devices used to import or download music using Amazon Music must be authorised to your Amazon account, based on our license agreements with the content providers.

Video: Managing Your Amazon Music Devices

To manage the devices authorized to your Amazon Music account, go to the Manage Your Devices section of Your Amazon Music Settings page.

To authorise your device:
  1. Attempt to import, download, or play music from Your Music Library.
  2. Click or tap Authorise in the pop-up window that appears.

Note: You can have up to 10 devices authorised to your account, and each device can only be authorized to one Amazon Music account at a time. If there are 10 devices authorised to your account, you can't authorise an additional device until you deauthorise one.
