About the Amazon MP3 App
With the Amazon MP3 App, you can play or download your Cloud Player music collection on your Android device when you sign in with the same Amazon account and password you use for Cloud Player on the web.
If the Amazon MP3 application is not pre-installed on your device, you need to install it. Search for the MP3/Cloud Player App (in Google Play or the Amazon Appstore), and then follow the on-screen instructions. For more information, go to The Amazon MP3 App.
If you're new to Cloud Player, you can get started by playing music that is already stored on your device. You can also shop the Amazon MP3 Store or import music from your computer using the Cloud Player website at http://www.amazon.co.uk/cloudplayer.
Note: Imported files count against your Cloud Player storage limits. For more information, go to About Cloud Player Premium Subscriptions.
Music that you’ve saved to the cloud appears on the Cloud tab, and music stored on your device appears on the Device tab.
After you have the app, you can also install the Amazon MP3 App widget on your home screen. For older phones. press and hold on an empty part of a screen, tap Widgets, and then tap Amazon MP3. For newer phones, tap Apps at the bottom of your home screen, tap Widgets at the top of your screen, and then drag the widget to the position you want. From the Amazon MP3 widget, you can play, pause, or skip songs on your phone. You can also use the widget to access your two most recently played items (songs, playlists, or albums), or to play songs in shuffle mode.
