You can listen to your music on the web or from the Amazon Music app on any compatible device.

Streaming Music

To stream Amazon Music:

  1. Launch the Amazon Music app or go to Amazon Music for Web (https://music.amazon.co.uk).

Note: To stream music on Amazon Music for Web without any plugins, please use the latest versions of one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on Windows and Mac.

If you are not using the latest version of one of these browsers, you will need to install and enable Flash for playback of Prime Music and Amazon Music Unlimited.

  2. You can select Browse from the menu to find music by featured category. Open My Music to find your purchased and saved music.

  3. Once you find what you want to listen to, select Play or OK to start playback.

Trouble with playback?

Buffering, or pauses while loading or playing your music, is generally caused by problems with your Internet connection or low available bandwidth. If you're having trouble with buffering, here are some solutions that may help:

  • Check your connection - Make sure your device has an active connection to a Wi-Fi or mobile network. If your connection speed is much slower than usual, we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or mobile carrier for additional help.
  • Temporarily pause other Internet activity - Are there a lot of other devices connected to the same Internet network you're using? If possible, try to temporarily pause activities like file downloading, online gaming and video streaming on other devices connected to your network, as this can impact your connection speed and streaming quality.
