Return a Parcel at an Amazon Locker

If the item you're returning is eligible and there's an available Amazon Locker near you, you'll see the option to "drop off your return at an Amazon Locker". When you select this option, you can click on Choose a locker location to return your item to view a map and select an Amazon Locker.

To return an item using an Amazon Locker:

  1. Create your label using the Returns Support Centre. Once you've created your returns label, we'll send you an e-mail with your Amazon Locker return code and instructions.
  2. Package your return, making sure it's no bigger than 42cm x 35cm x 32cm.
  3. Print your returns label and fix it to the outside of the parcel.
  4. Take the unique code sent to you by e-mail to the Locker.
  5. When you get to the Amazon Locker, enter your return code and follow the instructions on the screen.


  • You’ll have 1 business day to drop off your return. Your Amazon Locker slot is available until the close of business on the following business day. Although an Amazon Locker cannot be guaranteed after that time, you can still go to that Locker location to see if space is available for your return for up to 30 days after your reservation.
  • If no Amazon Lockers are available after your reservation expires, you can cancel your return request, and then create a new return request for the Amazon Locker of your choice. Or, you can pay for return postage and send it to the address on this label. To cancel your return, go to Your Orders, choose View return/refund status, and click Cancel this return. To start a new return go to the Returns Support Centre and click Return items.
  • Not all items are eligible for return to an Amazon Locker. If you're not given the option to return your item to a Locker, please select an alternative delivery method.
  • Amazon.co.uk isn't responsible for any personal items or items not related to the return left in the Amazon Locker.
  • Certain Amazon Locker locations have restricted access. If the Amazon Locker location you’ve selected is located in an area that require special permissions to access, this will be flagged to you when you create your return.
  • We always aim to provide you with accurate opening hours for Amazon Pickup Locations, however, we suggest you confirm opening hours to avoid disappointment and ensure you can return your parcel when you need to.
