If you purchased an e-mail gift voucher that doesn't arrive, you can resend it to the recipient.
Some e-mail providers give users the option of blocking all e-mail messages that originate outside of their domain. You may want to check with your recipient to make sure their e-mail provider isn't filtering the e-mail into a "junk" or "spam" folder.
We'll contact you by e-mail once we've resent the gift voucher. This will mean that the original gift voucher is no longer valid.
Note: If you don't see a Resend it link, the gift voucher has most likely been redeemed by the recipient.
