These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided.
Please note that the last order dates given do not apply to items sold by third-party sellers unless they're Fulfilled by Amazon.
Make sure you take into account the availability of your items when you place your order. If you're ordering multiple items to be dispatched together, the availability of each item will influence the delivery date of the other items in your order, as we'll wait for all items to be available before we dispatch it. Please check your address book to make sure that all your addresses are up to date and entered in the right format. To do this, click on Your Account and go to Manage Address Book in the "Settings" section. The most frequent problems with delivery addresses are missing street names, postcodes entered incorrectly (missing digits, incorrect digits, entered in the "city / town" box) or house numbers missing.
Please make sure that your payment card details are entered correctly (number, exact name on the card, expiry date, etc). You can check or update your payment details by going to Your Account and then clicking Manage your Payment Methods. We don't charge your payment card until your items are dispatched. If you're aware that your items aren't going to dispatch immediately (if they're not yet released or not in stock), please make sure to check that your card doesn't expire before the expected dispatch date.
