Arrange a 4 Hour Delivery Window for Large Items

If your delivery address is in a postcode eligible for 4 Hour Delivery Window for Large Items, the option to select this delivery method will be available during checkout.

To schedule a 4 Hour Delivery Window on a nominated date when you place your order:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Add the eligible item to your Shopping Basket and proceed to checkout.
  3. An available 4 Hour Delivery Window and delivery date may be pre-selected.
    • Using the calendar, select a delivery window and date that works best for you.
    • A delivery fee of £10 will be charged for a 4 hour scheduled delivery from Monday to Friday, and £15 will be charged for a 4 hour scheduled delivery on a Saturday.
    • If you don't have the option to select a 4 Hour Delivery Window, checkout using Nominated Day Delivery or Standard Delivery.

Note: Make sure the e-mail address and (if available) the mobile phone number for the delivery address are up to date in Your Account. The delivery driver may contact you by phone on the delivery day (30-60 minutes prior to driver arrival), provided they have a valid mobile phone number, to introduce themselves and let you know that they're on the way.
