If your order and delivery address are eligible for a 4 Hour Delivery Window, you'll be offered this delivery option at Checkout.
If your item and your postcode are eligible, you'll be given the option to select a 4 Hour Delivery Window at checkout and pick a day and delivery slot that works best for you within the next 14 days. Both Prime and non-Prime members can schedule a 4 Hour Delivery Window for a fee of £10.00 from Monday to Friday, and £15.00 on Saturdays. Delivery date availability may vary by region. If you don't see a delivery time for your delivery postcode, you can still complete the order for your selected item(s) using Nominated Day Delivery or Standard Delivery.
Orders for large items can be scheduled for delivery to commercial and residential addresses using our 4 Hour Delivery Window service. However, this service isn't available for P.O. Box addresses or BFPO addresses.

Note: An adult signature is required for large items. If an adult isn't home at the time of delivery, we'll be unable to deliver your order and you'll need to reschedule your delivery.
