AmazonFresh Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel AmazonFresh items or orders by visiting the Your Order section in Your Account.

To cancel an item or an entire AmazonFresh order:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate your AmazonFresh Order and select View or Edit Order.
  3. To cancel individual items from your order, click the blue Delete to the right of the item you'd like to remove. Once deleted, items are removed from your order.
  4. If you'd like to Cancel your entire order, click the Cancel Order button at the bottom of your order details.

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Your Account. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.

If your order was dispatched directly from AmazonFresh and can't be modified, you can refuse the parcel, or return it using our Returns Support Centre. We ask you follow the on-screen instructions and select refund or contact us when prompted.
