If an order is marked as "Preparing for Dispatch" it is being prepared for shipment or delivery and cannot be changed.
If your order has dispatched and can't be modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our Returns Support Centre.
If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including delivery charges).
If the order has been placed with a Marketplace seller, you have 30 minutes to make changes after the order has been placed. If you want to make changes after this period, contact the seller to get support.
