The Message Centre will be accessible through Your Account for all Amazon customers.
You'll receive important information such as order and dispatch confirmation e-mails, warranty certificates, recall notices, account policy updates, Customer Service e-mails and more to the Message Centre.
If you need to contact a Marketplace Seller, use the Seller Communication Centre. For more information, see: Contact Marketplace Sellers.
If you need to print an e-mail from the Message Centre, you can do this by going to the Message Centre on a computer and printing from your Internet browser.
You can opt in to receiving push notifications through the Amazon app when you receive a message in the Message Centre by turning on the Important Message Alerts. You can do this through the Notifications Settings from the app menu.
