Express Delivery is offered on almost all items in our stores for delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Express Delivery is offered at £6.49 per delivery (£4.49 per delivery for Amazon Prime members) and offers delivery of orders placed before the Express deadline to arrive by 1pm the following day.
If you order eligible items before the Express deadline and choose Express Delivery at checkout, we'll dispatch your items to arrive at or before 1pm on the day advertised during checkout. We'll refund your delivery fee if the order doesn't arrive before 1pm on that date.
If your order contains items that aren't eligible for Express Delivery, you won't be able to select that option at checkout. You can find a list of postcodes not eligible for Express Delivery here.
A signature may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case and you are not at the chosen address to receive your parcel, an attempted delivery on or before the delivery date means we've attempted delivery on time and you won't be eligible for a refund of your delivery fee.
A delivery appointment may be required for some deliveries. If this is the case, an offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the delivery date means we've delivered on time.
If your order contains other items that aren't eligible for the delivery option you selected, and you don't check the box indicating you'd like us to "dispatch items as they become available", you won't be eligible for a refund of your delivery fee if the order is late.
Orders for multiples of an item may take longer to assemble and therefore might not be eligible for Express Delivery, even if Express Delivery is offered on the item's product information page
