Return a Parcel Using a Collect+ Store

If the item you're returning is eligible and there's a Collect+ store near you, you'll see the option to return your item using a Collect+ store.

When this option is generated, your label will have a link to a map with all available Collect+ stores in your area so you can choose a location to drop off your return.

To return an item using a Collect+ store:

  1. Your Collect + label will be generated by the Returns Support Centre (Amazon.co.uk full site)Returns Support Centre at https://www.amazon.co.uk/returns. After you've created your returns label, you’ll see a link to the Collect+ website where you can enter your postcode to view all the Collect+ locations in that area.
  2. Package your return, making sure the parcel is less than 10kg and no bigger than 50cm x 30cm x 30cm.
  3. Print your returns label and fix it to the outside of the parcel.
  4. Take the parcel to a Collect+ store of your choice.
  5. When you get to the Collect+ store, give your parcel to the shopkeeper. They'll hand you a receipt as proof of return, and you’ll need to keep this in case there's a query at a later date.

Note:

  • You can’t opt to return an item to a Collect+ store; this type of return is only valid if the Returns Support Centre (Amazon.co.uk full site)Returns Support Centre at https://www.amazon.co.uk/returns generates a Collect+ returns label for you.
  • If the Collect+ store can’t scan the barcode on the label, they have the option to enter the number into their system manually.
  • Amazon.co.uk isn't responsible for any personal items or items not related to the return left in the Collect+ store.
