About Collect+

Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select a Collect+ store and pick up your parcel at a time that's convenient for you. When your parcel is ready for collection from the Collect+ store, you'll receive an e-mail notification from Collect+ with instructions and a unique pick-up code.

As of 24 August 2015, we’ll no longer be delivering to Collect+ stores. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have a Collect+ address in your Address Book, you should have received an email providing you with nearby alternatives, or you can sign in to choose a suitable alternative here.

Occasionally, we need to make changes to our range of Pickup Locations to ensure we can continue to provide customers with the greatest possible service, low prices and convenience when shopping online. We continue to add to our network of more than 13,000 Amazon Pickup Locations across the UK, which currently includes Amazon Locker, Pass My Parcel, Doddle and Local Collect. Amazon Pickup Locations include rail, tube and petrol stations, newsagents and convenience stores, universities, libraries, business parks, an airport and Post Office branches. Please note that any orders you place for delivery to a Collect+ store prior to this date will be delivered as normal. You can still use your Collect+ location to return your orders, where applicable.

Until 24 August 2015, you can have your orders delivered to Collect+ pickup locations using One-Day or Standard Delivery. Your parcel will be delivered to the Collect+ store on your estimated delivery date between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00. You'll know that your parcel is ready for collection when you receive an e-mail from Collect+ with the subject "Your Amazon parcel, pick up code xxxxxxx, has arrived". We always aim to provide you with accurate opening hours for Amazon Pickup Locations, however, during holiday periods we suggest you re-confirm with the location to avoid disappointment and ensure you can collect your parcel when you need it.

Collect+ stores can accept items up to 80cm x 60cm x 50cm with a maximum weight of 15kg.

To collect your parcel, you'll need to provide the pick-up code and identification that matches the name that you selected during checkout. If you have a smartphone, you can also provide the barcode included with your pick-up code.

You can use one of the following forms of identification to collect your parcel:

  • Cheque Guarantee / Credit / Debit Card
  • Bank/Building Society Book
  • Valid Passport
  • Cheque Book
  • Driving Licence
  • Utility Bill

The shop keeper can't release the parcel unless you provide the correct pick-up code and identification. If you no longer have your pick-up code or have deleted the Collect+ e-mail, please contact us.

All parcels delivered to Collect+ stores must be picked up within ten days. If you can't collect your parcel please contact us, as in some cases we can extend this for you. If you still can't collect your parcel, it'll be returned to us for a refund.

Once the original order is returned to us, you can re-order the item for delivery. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once we've received the original order back at our fulfilment centre and afterward when a refund has been processed.
