Reset Your Password

To request a password reset:

After you've created a new password, it'll become active right away. Your new password will be applicable for all Amazon related accounts.

Note: If you are not receiving password reset emails from Amazon we recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail provider for further troubleshooting. It's possible an e-mail filter blocked the message or your e-mail provider might have dropped the message.
