Return Items You Didn't Order

You can return an incorrect item, an incorrect quantity of an item, or an item you weren’t expecting using our Returns Support Centre.

Follow the steps below to return an item you received but didn’t order or additional quantities of an item you received but didn’t order.
  1. Go to Returns Support Centre.
    • Click Return items. To return an incorrect item: click Return or Replace Items for the item you need to return and choose Wrong item was sent in the Why are you returning this? from the drop-down menu.
    • To return an incorrect quantity of an item: click Return or Replace Items for the item you need to return and choose Arrived in addition to what was ordered in the Why are you returning this? drop-down menu.

      Note: If you’re missing an item from your order, please Contact Us so we can look into this for you.

    • To return an item you didn’t order: Click Return or Replace Items for the item you need to return and choose Arrived in addition to what was ordered in the Why are you returning this? from the drop-down menu.

      Note: Remember to check with any friends or family members who may have sent you the item as a gift!

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to get a return mailing label and choose a return option.
  3. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order.
