You can return many items sold on Amazon.co.uk. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the Seller, item, or reason for return.

Extended Returns Policy Window
We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items dispatched by Amazon.co.uk during the period from 1 November, 2018 to 31 December, 2018 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on 31 January, 2018. This return policy is valid for: all items sold and dispatched by Amazon.co.uk, items sold by third-party sellers and fulfilled by Amazon, as well as items offered with the Prime logo, which are sold and fulfilled by third-party sellers. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items dispatched after 31 December, 2018.
Please note that this doesn't apply to mobile phones with contracts. For information about returns to Sellers please see our Arranging Marketplace Returns and Refunds Help page.
To return an item you ordered
Note: If you need to print your return label, you can do this by going to Manage returns.
Note: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the Filter orders menu, and then click Go.
Note: Some Sellers may need to review your return request. After the Seller reviews the request, they'll provide a label or instructions on how to return your items. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. For more information, go to A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee Protection. The returns policy offered by Marketplace Sellers applies to all Amazon customers.
