Thanks! but I couldn't get the drip tray into the machine due to the position of the infuser. I put the collection tray into the machine without the drip tray and turned off and on which rectified this issue
I am not sure you necessarily have to put the collection tray back into the machine. But I am not particularly familiar with these terms. It might be the presence of the collection tray operates a switch.
I found the videos helpful because they showed what it should be like. And they helped a little with the terminology.
As much as anything, they showed that it was a common problem.
This trick of turning off and on, is a classic M.S. Windows solution! It also used to work for printers.
