This small book has an urgent message which is needed today. As a retired Army chaplain, also trained as a clinical psychologist, I regularly work with military personnel who struggle to forgive themselves and others due to moral injury from combat operations. Forgiveness is a universal need and there is little direction in the process. I trust leaders who have worked in the midst of conflict, forgiveness, and resolution The authors of the book have earned the right to address this issue and provide direction. I honor them for the work they provide and the direction they offer in this writing. I know of no other book which provides the real world experience and professional direction as this edition. In my trainings I recommend this book to all professionals, as I am pleased to do in this recommendation.
