Customer Review

17 February 2017
This is one of the most accessible and pragmatic books about Narcissist. Its not too hung up on labels or diagnostic criteria, nor focused solely on describing these types of personalities and the damage they inflict. Its strong point is its non judgemental focus on the "target". Encouraging you to move beyond the anger and agitation and self doubt which has been so deliberately cultivated within your mind by your aggressor. This is what ultimately paralyses you, leaving you vulnerable to continuous attack .It gives instructions on how your thoughts and feelings can help you identify and more importantly exclude the narcissist from their theatre of conflict, your mind.
