Honestly I have had to return this product but NOT because its a terrible product but there are some things they need to fix.
GOOD: - Sounds quality at CERTAIN frequencies - Feel secure in the ear (although if you had smaller ears you would have a tough time) - Generally good connection.
BAD: - More often than not you have to manually sync the earphones together (otherwise only one works). This can be a pain. Honestly these earphones should always be looking to sync with each other not you having to manually do it as often as you do. - Wireless range is good as long as you stay in line of sight. If you go downstairs or to the kitchen and leave your phone upstairs it will cut out. I do like how it crossfades back into whatever was playing before though... - At certain frequencies you can hear a distinct humming, its not loud but distracting - Phone calls, Siri, Google Now and everything else can only be heard in one headphone, for this price its disappointing
Overall they are not bad wireless earphones by any measure. As I said they sound about the same as £50-70 wired headphones from a good brand (most of the time) but the smaller things have really ruined the product. I really like them and dislike them at the same time. I feel this product is 80% complete, if they sorted out the smaller things you would have a spectacular product however these things do let it down.#
Let me be clear, they are not bad headphones AT ALL by any stretch of the imagination, sound wise they are generally good, but the smaller things become more important the more expensive a product is and I feel they should have put more focus on this instead of just the sound. I do think this brand is going places and I will be looking very closely at their next generation release of wireless headphones. Its a very impressive first try.
