Customer Review

6 September 2016
This is an excellent and important book for understanding the background to English history and thus, where we English come from. It's not written in US self-help style, and it is not Mills and Boon, so yes, you do have to be a grown-up. It asks questions like 'Did the peasants really starve?' and gives answers that many might find surprising. That is a very good thing.
