Having studied psychology, I'm always a bit weary of psy pop self-help books as they tend to remain very vague and have little scientific evidence to support their claims. I'm happy to report that this book those none of that. It provides both interesting background and is vary practical in its approach. The chapters are well structured and the illustrations make it easy and fun to read. I would definitely recommend this book if you are looking to make actual changes to your daily routine and improve your mental health.
