As described in (my) title. Story of FDR's full life, from soup to nuts. First half covers the story before and through his "New Deal" as President; it inevitably contains lot of detail about Senate bills, political deals, fellow politicians involved, etc. and gets a bit 'samey' - however, there WERE a lot of all these in the period. The second half centres more on WW2 and is (for me) the more interesting and readable.
