I had one om around 20 September 2018, it did not work in early November. So Andrew James send me replace one on the16th November. This one stop working again with same problem on around 18th December. And I took a video of the coffee machine work which didn't drain water tank at all.
I sent email a customer service member email me back I had to descale the machine every thirty days. I used to have a cheaper filter machine for years, I had to des ale them every 3 months, still work perfectly. I wanted to change from filter only to grind and filter punctions, that is why I bought this machine. But now hugely annoying and disappointed. Email each other (kept send me same advice) for 7days. Nothing happening. The machine is not good at all as my opinion.
