This chiminea comes in kit form and it doesn't take that long to assemble it with simple tools and it's then that you realise that it's a bit flimsy and could be made better. The chimney section is in three parts. two of which screw together and the stainless steel top slots on. This chiminea looks cool, it's different to the usual chimineas on the market. It looks great if not a little smaller than anticipated and I think the larger one would be better, although this was great at keeping us all toasty one chilly evening. After one use and three weeks outside the chiminea is showing signs that it won't look so pretty after a few months. The retaining screws started to rust after the first light rainfall and the body is also showing signs that it too will suffer. Obviously it can be rubbed down and resprayed with high temperature paint. Would I recommend this? Probably not.
