A book to dip into on a regular basis if you are beginning to feel the strain - to zap burn out before it has a chance to affect your health and well being. There are some insightful cases histories quoted (including the author herself) and whether you are an employer, employee, self employed or simply someone who takes too much on, this is a reminder to make those changes now. Timetable things in for you and you alone. Not only are you worth it, but all areas of your life will improve. Highly recommended.
