The Mio Cyclo 405 HC GPS Bike Computer is a really smart and handy cycling gadget which is full of good features including a 4 inch anti-glare touchscreen, Built-in Bluetooth, Lap Function, Integrated ANT+ and full European maps.
The Cyclo 405 has three main manual press buttons which are used for power on, lap function and begin recording. The device is rechargeable and provides around 15 hours of power before needing a recharge.
The Cyclo 405 HC 4 inch anti glare touchscreen works really well in most conditions but I did have some problems viewing the screen in direct sunlight. I found using the touchscreen feature touch sensitive and responsive and user friendly and easy to use.
The Mio Cyclo 405 HC GPS Bike Computer comes pre-installed with road and cycle maps and is operated by OpenStreetMaps. The cycle and road maps data is really good and detailed with the cyclists route in mind.
You can also use Starva Segments compatibility feature to sync your ride results using the MiVue™ App to keep track of where you've been, how far you've gone, and how fast your rode.
The LAP function feature allows cyclists to use the Mio Cyclo 405 HC GPS Bike Computer to mark points of their ride at specified times and to record and review the results after and test yourself with them using the saved data.
This device has a 'Surprise-Me' feature for a bit of fun, exploration and adventure. The 'Surprise-Me' feature basically gives three different locations to navigate to based on time, distance and destination. I like this feature as me and my friends can never decide where we should adventure out to next, with the 'Surprise-Me' feature it does all the thinking for me.
The Mio Cyclo 405 HC GPS Bike Computer has built-in Bluetooth which allows the user to connect their smartphone to Bike Computer to see their messages from social media apps such as Twitter, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger and to receive message and call alerts..
The Integrated ANT+ feature allows you to monitor your performance and track your data. All of your riding stats are stored onto the bike computer and you can review them and set higher targets to push your cycling to the next level.
