As I started this book, I quickly found myself relating to the different parts of his life journey. I wasn’t sure I would like him at first but very soon began to appreciate all he was doing and living with and found myself really rooting for him. It’s a journey that takes us through some great phases of his life and I couldn’t stop reading. This is the kind of book the relatively new adjective ‘unputdownable’ was perfectly coined for and I love the natural humanity that Chick Yuill puts into his characters so we can easily relate to them.
I can thoroughly recommend this as a Christmas prezzie for any keen reader, they’ll enjoy this one without a doubt. I can’t wait for his next book to come out, I’ve read all three thus far and gained real pleasure from each one very much.
