This is really a fine cookery book, which I just got my copy of today. Breezing through it, I see the recipes are extremely clear, the pictures are gorgeous, the layout is very clean and pleasing to the eye and the 'feel' of the book is professional, while still giving you the sense of home baking, which is what I like. I've yet to try to bake any of the recipes, but I can't wait to try my hand at the macaroons. In any event, for the casual baker with little gluten-free baking experience, it's just a great resource to have in the kitchen. Also I just ordered a copy for my daughter who is a passionate baker.
