Joe's 30 minute meals is the 2nd of his food-only, hardback books focussed predominantly on cooking good food for more than one person.
The book is beautifully presented and has great variety of tasty looking recipes. Having already cooked four recipes, all so far have turned out great. It follows similar eating principles to previous books, with a variety of reduced carb and carb refuel meals to eat around your exercise plan (although many are also suitable even if you don't exercise), however the recipes, book layout and photography are a definite step above his previous work.
Really looking forward to trying more and would definitely recommend the book!
