Shame to include Shark & Swordfish, 11 Dec. 2012
It's hard to believe that a cookery book published today would still recommend using shark and swordfish, two species which are severely threatened. There are thousands of people out there working very hard to create better protection, especially for sharks. Teh last thing they need (as a reviewer has said previously) is all of us asking fishmongers up and down the country!
