5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job!, 12 July 2013

Beautifully round, clear black lines that are perfectly spaced to level well. For example, it could be used to level shelves, a tripod, a stand, a portrait.

Detailed information on costs, budgets and methods that will be an asset to any project, at any stage of development are included.
This guide explains the nuts and bolts of engaging with your audience, marketing, live events, digital rights, territory rights and distributing your film, in an easily navigable format you will return to over and over again with each project you have. You've read this far, just buy it. Highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, Informative., 29 Jun. 2010
I enjoyed reading the book, it contains a great deal of history on the craft and politics that surround knitting. I am not a knitter, though I have been surrounded by knitters my whole life, this book added to my cultural and socio-political knowledge of knitters and knitting, from a diverse range of perspectives. It contains a lot of information, and much like knitting itself, some of the links between segments seem fractured but in fact make up a decent whole.

5.0 out of 5 stars Doea your dog have an undercoat?, 29 Jun. 2010
The rake is excellent for dogs with an undercoat - border collies, retrievers, lhasas, sheppards. It easily removes the undercoat fur quickly. The soft padding on the handle means it doesn't slip in your hand. Best used outdoors, the fine undercoat hairs can fly about once loosened.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Guide.. in your pocket!, 26 Jun. 2010
Chris and his team have done it again!
The Pocketbook version contains no less information than the earlier (much heavier) series, laid out in a digestible and thumb-able size. It is packed with information on the basics of production through to things you might not think of, backed up with filmmaker's interviews and experiences from the front lines.
It's a great read for filmmakers or anyone involved or interested in the process of making a film to gain a firm understanding of all aspects of production.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eye Opening, 13 Feb. 2009
This is a fantastically researched and well written book that will open your eyes to the unseen, not oft thought of effects of what we buy. Not heavy on scare tactics, this book names, explains and offers alternative solutions in common language. This is the type of book that will have people going green, and questioning what we've done to our planet.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read, 13 Feb. 2009
This book is a must-read for anyone who has a vagina, or knows someone with a vagina. Well written, easily digestible and filled with facts about vaginas and female reproduction that will have you (and the friends you buy it for) saying "Did you know..."

Long over due!
