3.0 out of 5 stars Wicking problems and eady fix to Fiamma., 14 July 2015
Bought this product because it had a 4000 hydrostatic head which is good for this price. The fabric was waterproof but the little tapes to fix the toggles that hold up the doors etc act as wicks and let in annoying drips. A real problem if the space is to be a bedroom. Definitely a 2 person pitching job, and realigning the van on return is a challenge if reversing. Fixing to our Westy camper's Fiamma was made easy with plastic cable ties . They cost a few pence each. Takes a minute to fit and tighten.Cut and bin to go.

Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I read Night Soldiers, and one other 'Furst'. I
enjoyed both, but this one had a large chunk in the middle that just padded out a rather thin story. A pot- boiler.

3.0 out of 5 stars kindle from the 70's perspective, 3 Jan. 2014
OK for books and spider solitare. Managed to get E~mails but only via Google.
Found an application to play radio.
Main problem is lack of a guide~book. If learning to drive a car was by the same trial and error method the roads would be littered with wrecks and corpses.
Need to cater for the silver haired as well as the diaper brigade.

1.0 out of 5 stars Leaky Vango, 27 Aug. 2012
Bought this as a tent for any of the family to use last year (2011). To date used 2x by my son.
1st a dry w'end. Easy to pitch and no problems. The 2nd go was this August BH w'end in the Lakes. Yes it was rainy and yes the tent leaked, not just at the seams or any wicking points but through the fabric above the sleeping compartment, sufficiently to spoil their w'end.
Clearly a HSH of 2000 is not enough to cope with the English weather. Does HSH 2000 really mean proof against a light short shower? Why not make all tents for use in England to at least a Fly of 4000 HSH ?
Wouldn't advise anyone who intends camping in this country to go for anything less than 3000 HSH.
