4.0 out of 5 stars Money well spent, 18 Feb. 2004
Although the title is more an eye catcher than applicable to the content, the book gives a very good understanding of the different persons you may face during your sales presentation and how you should react to them in order to maximize the effect. Real life examples and a good construction makes this book fun to read. Money well spent.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too much simplified, 17 Feb. 2004
Although I agree that things should be kept simple, especially management stuff, this book however simplifies too much. You can easily finish the book in one hour. In the end, I missed real life examples. This book discusses more the approach/process to create a BBSC, lesser the BBSC in itself. It is the same approach as for workshops, meetings or brainstorm projects.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent !!!!!!!!!!, 25 May 2003
Really excellent! One can see clearly that this book has been written based on questions from the classroom. Most topics are extremely well covered. I have red this book with pleasure because I had the impression that it took me on a voyage rather than a dull course. Congratulations to the chef .

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 19 April 2003
This book indeed clearifies a lot. It makes quite complex concepts very transparant and easy to use in practice. The difference between cash flow and profit, the relationship between ROI and ROTA, just to name a few, are well explained in a non-specialist language without being simplistic.
