5.0 out of 5 stars A great tale of Harry Bucknall's travels through Greece., 27 Dec. 2012

This review is from: In the Dolphin's Wake (Paperback)
An adventurous and funny account of island hopping with a mixture of detailed history, geography, and all the richness one can easily miss when visiting another country.

Woven throughout is a wonderful portrayal of his travel's zeitgeist, the people, places, food, culture, architecture, and of course methods of travel; which stand out in delightful and poetically descriptive encounters.

If you are a fan of Bill Bryson's style of humorous and informative writing in 'Neither Here, Nor There: Travels in Europe' you will love this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars very sturdy and beautiful, 27 Dec. 2012
So far so good, it is a great product and the dog (dalmatian 32kg) fits in perfectly. He loves the open top to look out during car rides. We use the crate on the backseat of our 2 door VW Polo and have space for a booster seat next to it. It also works well at friend's houses and makeshift bed, keeps the dog hair a bit more contained. If our dog wanted to I am sure he would be able to break the side netting but that is the trade-off to be able to see in/out. He has scratched the netting a few times to ask to be let out and no breaks in it yet.

Went travelling across London to Holland using the crate folded up which is very slim and not heavy at all, perfect for the tube, train, and ferry crossing.
