3.0 out of 5 stars Good game, could be better, 29 Jun. 2005
As a huge fan of the tony hawks series i couldn't wait to play this game, i was amazed by underground 1 so was excited about the second 1 but was sadly a bit disapointed.
the gameplays realy good, an amazing sound track to go with it and really nice graphics but it seems to me like there running out of ideas.
The levels are ok but can sometimes get a bit boring the destinations they go to are not as good as i expected either. And also the missions just feel a bit bland and i felt myself getting bored very quickly.
But i can't deny the fact that it is a good game to play and can keep you entertained, lets hope for a decent thug3

5.0 out of 5 stars say hello to an amazing album, 29 Jun. 2005
This review is from: Say Hello To Sunshine (Audio CD)
what an album is all i have to say. its so unlike what it is to burn, if it didn't have the same singer on the cd id of guessed it was a different band.
But it's a much more darker album and can take a couple of listens to get your hed around which i have learnt always end up being great albums.
The band said thy wanted to go in a different direction and they have done it well, they said they had been watchin tim burton films to get inspired? which really rubs off on tracks like 'insomniatic meat' and 'bleed brother bleed'
Overall i can see the band loosing a lot of fans over this album becuase there no more catchy pop hooks or punk elements but if you want a dark more metal finch buy this album

4.0 out of 5 stars A great wrestling game with amazing graphics, 9 Jan. 2004
Raw 2 is here and is a whole lot better to the first one, the graphics are amazing on this game and it looks so realistic, the gameplay is sweet but you may find gets a little repetative but is not that bad, also you can't go backstage which is a bit anoying but i guess there saving it for raw 3, and now for the best feature in the game the entrance.
Yes u heard right its so kool you can put your own music on it for starters so you can put sum kik ass tracks on it or put some of the old wrestling tracks on it if u want and create the wreslters, you can create the piro to go off when u want so maybe when a track kiks in and u can even customize the lighting so this makes raw stand out from the smackdown series.
overall if u enjoy ur wresting games or action games get but if u dont i wouldnt recomend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars At last a decent action game!!!!!, 9 Jan. 2004
well when i first heard about this game it got absolutley slated all my m8s eaid it was bobbins and i was totally put off from getting it, being a big fan of action games i decided to get it anyway and i think its a class game.
the combat in the game is awsome with some great moves to do, the shottings great aswell you can do all the slow motion stuff like the matrix game and you can even do tricks when your in a car, ill admit the storyline is a bit cheesy but its supposed to have a movie feel to the game so arnt all action movie story lines pure cheese anyway?
a lot of people have been comparing it to the gta series but i dont think you can compare any game to gta because those games have a league of thier own.
also there are some great songs in the game like taproot, deftones for metal heads and some cool hip hop songs with snoop and stuff on and u can add ur own songs on anyway.
so overall if you like fighting, shooting and driving cool cars buy this game!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best extreme sports game around, 9 Jan. 2004
tony hawks 5 has arrived with a new twist a stroyline.
tony hawks t.h.u.g is definatly the best extreme sports game around ive played dave mirra bmx, matt hoffmans bmx, aggressive inline and unfortunatley thrasher skateboarding and i have to say extreme sports games were getting duller by the minute untill this game came out.
altough the first few tony hawks games were fun they got boring after a bit just being dumped in levels getting high scores and stuff but t.h.u.g just blows them away u can get off ur board, drive cars and create a trick and if that wasnt enough u get to create a skater and make him or her a pro, as u progress the stroy unfolds with twists and a create a deck opton which is kool.
if uve played all the tony hawks games i suggest u play the sick difficulty to make the game last longer and to give you more of a challenge and also you can unlock some of the tony hawks 2 levels finally, unfortunatley u cant put ur face in the game like the ps2 version but the gameplay makes up for it cause its a class game.
so buy it and ull be satisfied that uve spent ur money well.
