5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent alternative to a full macro lense, 10 Sept. 2011
Affordable, and works well on the front of a number of lenses. Gets up close and gives good images. Very easy to use, just screws onto filter thread.

1.0 out of 5 stars Wrong charger, 10 Sept. 2011
After a delay in getting it (lost in post or not sent - who can tell). Charger does not fit the phone. At this price it's not worth sending back.

Scottish Fine Soaps Classic Male Grooming Shave Soap and Bowl Set
Scottish Fine Soaps Classic Male Grooming Shave Soap and Bowl Set

5.0 out of 5 stars Super soap for the shaver, 5 Aug. 2011
Arrived promptly and in good condition. The presentation packaging makes this a good present for someone who wet-shaves. The soap produces a good lather with a badger brush.

5.0 out of 5 stars low cost protection, 1 Sept. 2010
Arrived well packaged, and thus uncreased, which is nice. Applied easily, and having three sheets, allows me to cut one up to protect the screens on other devices - but you do need a sharp blade to do this well.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Shout, 29 April 2010
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: The Shout [DVD] [1978] (DVD)
A quirky film, with an ending so loud it brought the children down from upstairs to see what was going on.

4.0 out of 5 stars Low cost, full size tripod, 4 Mar. 2010
The price is very reasonable. The legs are adjustable by easy-to-use clips. The full height would suit tall people. The head has the usual tilt and swivel, and is fitted with spirit levels. The low cost shows in the joints of the head, these can be difficult to operate smoothly and silently. I may try some plastic grease on the joints to ease them. Definitely recommendable at the current price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Flip tripod, 4 Mar. 2010
This review is from: Flip Video Tripod (Camera)
It's a small tripod that fits a standard screw tripod fitting. Legs are bendy - but have a certain amount of spring in them, making precise positioning more difficult than for other small tripods at similar cost. The black finish on the legs flakes off from the moment the legs are first bent. This covers hands in small black particles, which is messy.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Ripping yarn, 16 May 2009
As with all Cornwell's books, this is accessible - an easy read. It's even better when you know English geography and can visualise the towns and countryside that the story has been set in.

5.0 out of 5 stars THE pencil for pencil users, 3 Feb. 2007
I've been a user of these pencils for over twenty years - some individual pentels in use for for over ten years. They are extremely reliable, produce an excellent line for both technical work and freehand writing. The pocket clip is easily remove should you wish to. I remove mine to improve comfort. The clip can be left on, its's also robust and reliable. The eraser in the end will wear out before the rest of the pencil. If you use fine pencil then try these out.
