5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing!!!, 17 May 2001
This review is from: Blech (Audio CD)
Having recently just getting into the Warp record label (thanks to Aphex Twin) i never knew anything about this CD. Thank god ive found out about it!! Its a fantastic compilation of the best Warp names and their best tracks, all brilliantly mixed together by PC & Strictly. Featuring Aphex Twin, Autechre, Squarepusher and Nightmares on Wax and more, it HAS to be the BEST dance compilation ever.....honestly. Its NOT all weird, experimental stuff if that is what u Warp virgins are thinking,.....if u like the Chemical Bros. then you'll like this...its pretty similar. By the way, if u do get it, check out track 15....Nightamres on Wax remix....soooo funky!! JUST BUY THIS CD!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Are you ready to melt?, 12 April 2001
This review is from: Super Discount (Audio CD)
Forget your 'Ministry of Sound : Chillout CD', because this is the authentic, groovy, melt in your mouth style dance music. Etienne De Crecy, a master at his work, as shown in this spectacular album which takes track lengths to their limit...and a little bit more!! With most of the tracks here being chilled out, there are some funky, 'Typically French' tunes, like Track 6 (cant be bothered typing in French), which is my favourite. I would explain each track in detail, but that wasting YOUR time....WHY R U SITTING THERE STILL READING THIS??...POINT THAT ARROW TO 'BUY' RIGHT NOW AND GET CLICKING!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Whoopin' ass!, 16 April 2000
This review is from: Midnite Vultures (Audio CD)
Beck, with his unique type of funk, hip-hop and rock, has created a fab album once again! Although not as strong as 'Odelay!', it does potray his style clearly and makes you wanna' get down in a frantic rage of legs and arms action. With the fantastic guitar strings on 'Pressure Zone' and the 'Funky Horns on 'Sexx Laws', you just wanna'........oh heck! just go out and buy the damn album you.....

4.0 out of 5 stars Truth about you....., 12 April 2000
Well, lets just say it's different huh? The majority of the tracks on this album are excellent. Their unique mix of dance and rock on this particular CD make music seem that little bit different. Being a Chemical Brothers fan myself, their mix iof 'Swastica Eyes' is better than the original, which doesn't make sense and just sounds cheesy, the chemical brothers make it sound that little bit more happier, or is it meant to be a happy track? Anyway, overall i think that this is one of the best albums i've heard this year, although weird at times i seem drawn to my stereo for more of that funky punk!
