Jojo Moyes writes in a way that embroils you in her stories. Once you're in you can't get out! I would definitely recommend this or any of her books.

I'd heard all the hype and decided to make my own mind up and read it for myself. It was well worth it. An unputdownable book. The characters and their stories come alive on every page. I can't wait to read the next one!

The Eddings' sweep you along on an amazing journey. You grow to know all of the characters personally. He uses humour as well as a well paced and descriptive narrative to embroil you in the story. Once you experience the writings of the Eddings' other fantasy writers pale in comparison.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderfully Bockerty, 3 Jan. 2007
This review is from: Bockety (Paperback)
From the first pages I chuckled my way through this heart warming and entertaining story of the mischief and mayhem caused by one small boy. The writer has a wonderful style that lets you experience life through the eyes of a child, however it is more than just a romp through the authors childhood. It has an entertaining and sometimes poignant shadow running through it that can only be brought to a tale with the gift of hindsight.

Highly recommended!
