Braun Oral-B Pulsonic Sonic Rechargeable Toothbrush

I've always been a fan of Braun toothbrushes since my experience is that they seem to last a little longer than their equivalent from Philips. The new one replaces the previous model which I'd had for over 4 years until the battery stopped retaining its charge for more than 24 hours. Why don't manufacturers provide access to the battery to replace it? Obvious really!

Initial impressions are very good although I'll only know over the coming years whether it meets my expectations

Well built and strong. I would have given it 5 stars if it had been slightly deeper, sufficient to accommodate a supermarket loaf.

It was well packaged and arrived promptly

3.0 out of 5 stars Thank goodness we've moved on, 13 Sept. 2013
Whether this book is honest and truthful, I can't comment since I wasn't part of that particular world. But it's reasonably well written with some humour in parts and yet poignant in others. There isn't much reflection on the nature of their activities and little concern expressed towards their victims. In parts, it becomes somewhat repetitive with some padding as if there just isn't enough interesting stuff for a full length hardback. Overall it might appeal to those who want to glorify in these activities but who because of their age or their better judgment weren't part of this particular subculture. It might well appeal to those who want some idea of the violence of that period but from the safety of their own sofa. I couldn't recommend it for its considered insight into this particular hooligan-based aspect of football but I am pleased that the game has moved on so much in the last 20 years or so
