The Runners Guide to Injury Free Running: Proven Strategies to Stop Getting Injured
The Runners Guide to Injury Free Running: Proven Strategies to Stop Getting Injured
Price: £2.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic book., 4 Oct. 2016
Great little read! This e-book works on a number of levels, it's primary focus for injury prevention is spot on, there's a number of pointers in here that every runner should be aware of. Even as a reasonably experienced runner, I found a number of useful tips in here. There's also several coaching tips in here (not just in the "Coach's tip" sections) that people will find extremely useful and will help their running.

All in all, a great read at a great price!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good, but with one oversight....., 12 Aug. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a very good product, and the build quality is evident. The absorbent pad on the underside of the main body is good, and works well. The key/card pouch is also useful. I use it with a Nokia lumia 925, and the phone fits into the armband fine. I went for the larger sized product, and it fits my average sized arms fine. My one criticism of the product (and the reason it isn't 5 stars) is that there is no underside protector on the loop (which I have subsequently seen on cheaper products,) and therefore it is easy to pinch skin whilst fitting the armband.

4.0 out of 5 stars It's not rub(b)ish........, 25 Dec. 2012
Right, first thing first. Ignore the review from Cley. This isn't a bad a game.

MoH Warfighter is not COD, and don't be under any illusions that it is. What it is, is a solid, FPS. The main story is approx 8 hours (give or take) and follows a US special ops team in the hunt for an Osama Bin Laden type figure. The timeline/characters for the game follows on directly from the first MoH. The game basically takes a standard FPS formula and adds in a helicopter based mission and a driving mission. The controls are fairly standard, and with the exception of the grenade/melee buttons are the same as COD.

My main driver for buying the game was the multi player. I'd played the beta version a week or two before release, and really enjoyed the fire team option. It's a new (and in my limited experience, unique) way of playing the game. This option basically pairs you up another player, and if you choose to, you can support each other and heal/resupply as required. The game options are the same as most on-line multi players, i.e. Deathmatch, Team deathmatch, Capture the flag etc etc. The maps are bigger than COD, but not as big a Battlefield (and it doesn't have the vehicle options either).

Overall, the game is a solid effort, the Frostbite 2 engine is nice and fluid, and is good on the details. Just a side note on the achievements (if you're that sort of person), you can hit ~ 500g without trying to hard.

Anyway, if you choose to play this, enjoy.....

HDanywhere 2m Platinum High Speed HDMI Cable + Ethernet (4K Ultra HD Latest Spec)
Offered by HD Connectivity
Price: £6.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, 15 Feb. 2009
This is an excellent cable. I bought mine to connect my sky+ HD system to my TV. It's a sturdy cable, obviously well made, and well shielded. The picture quality is excellent. The supplier is obviously well organised, mine turned up 36hrs after the order was placed, even though I opted for standard shipping. I'd previously paid £40 for a cable from Richer Sounds. This cable is easily the equal of that particular product, and for (almost) half the price.

Don't delay, but today!

Microsoft Zune MP3 Player - UK Mains Charger (Black)

5.0 out of 5 stars Works fine, buy it, 14 Dec. 2007
I brought this charger to go with my 80Gb Zune I brought in the US, because I didn't want to be tied to charging via the pc. I was a bit dubious afer reading the two 1 star reviews, but took a chance. The product arrived promptly from the supplier (if a little battered - thank you Royal mail.) I have used on several occasion and found it to work fine.

The only slight problem is that the Zune does not show the charging symbols when the charger is connected. However, this isn't a problem, and isn't the fault of the charger. This is a good charger and works fine, don't be afraid to buy it!
