5.0 out of 5 stars The Compassionate Mind, 26 Mar. 2010
I found Paul Gilberts book 'The Compassionate Mind' just what I needed when life is tough and some people behave in very odd ways around me. Realizing that our minds are old brain survival and new brain reflective really helps and to be compassionate with others reactions as well as my own even more enlightening.A good book when you feel low and are too critical of yourself.

4.0 out of 5 stars Border cop, was very good and poncho pure tongue in cheek!, 23 July 2009

You have to really like Telly Savalas style of acting to really enjoy these films. Poncho looks like the type of film in which the actors were having a great time on set. The New York accent within a Mexican movie is so unintensionally funny. Where as Border Cop is covering a more sinister theme of human trafficing. It has lots of macho face offs and the young actors in it are very good.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Mr Cool at his best, Telly Savalas Style., 23 July 2009

This review is from: Kojak: Volume 2 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
If you enjoy a bit of retro drama with famous faces and strong macho style, then this is for you. If you look out for actors who were less known then and are now older and more famous that is fun too! Telly's slick style and alpha presence add to the lack of pc.
