3.0 out of 5 stars Why no map?, 6 Jan. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a guidebook, but contains no map to show the realtive locations of the various docks. The lack of a map is a glaring omission, since a map would give context to the descriptions.

Also, Wapping and St. Catherine's Dock is completely ignored. While only one part of the large docklands area, St. Catherine's Dock is the nearest part to the main tourist trail at The Tower.

3.0 out of 5 stars Surprised there was no DVD drive,, 5 Jan. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I've just bought one of these. In general it seems a good bit of equipment, though it is early days.

I was surprised the unit does not have a DVD drive, which seems an important limitation. To be fair the product description does not mention a DVD drive, so the unit is as described. I just assumed, wrongly, that there would of course by a DVD drive. Maybe the description should highlight this, as at least until recently almost all DVR's had a DVD drive.

One small niggle - the list of contents inside the box lists batteries for the remote. But there were no batteries.

3.0 out of 5 stars Won't sit properly on an X-stand, 15 Jan. 2009
The stand for the P85 is optional, and you can put the P85 on a flat surface like a desk. I wanted to use it with an X-stand, to make it easy to move or store when not in use, especially important when you have limited space. Unfortunately, the shape of the bottom of the casing is rounded, so if the P85 is not sitting on a flat surface (for which there are four feet), but on the two rails of an X-stand, the whole keyboard rocks, and is unuseable. This is a real oversight by Yamaha, because other reviews say it has a good keyboard and sound.
