5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, 30 April 2016
We bought this about five weeks ago at the Ideal Home Show and have been really impressed. We use their pizza dough and sauce recipe to make delicious pizzas at home and haven't ordered a takeaway pizza since!

Beautiful patterns and good value for the number of patterns included. Most only go up to age 3 though so mostly useful for little ones.

This is a really lovely book with lots of patterns from table tents and the wendy house on the cover to soft toys, including a cute little Boo toy. The photography is great too. It is well worth the money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great lightweight pushchair, 23 Sept. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This has been such a useful purchase for us. The one hand fold/unfold is incredibly useful when you have to carry the baby and looks very James Bond :) it is also lightweight enough for me to carry it up and down stairs with the baby in a sling, so very practical on the London tube. The recline is comfortable enough for baby to sleep well and the brake is handy especially as it is 'sandal friendly' (ie no need to lift up the brake with your foot). The only slight drawback is that the basket is a little small and the frame is not strong enough to hang shopping (which isn't recommended for most buggies anyway). It is also a bit too low for my husband who is six foot (or that's his excuse for making me push the buggy!)

This does not replace our main pushchair but is essential for the tube, or when the car is fully loaded (it folds up tiny) and is great for holidays.

5.0 out of 5 stars Gorgeous patterns, 23 Sept. 2013
This is another gorgeous book from Vibe Ulrike Sondergaard. Her patterns are beautiful, classic styles and look easy to follow. The photography and finish of the book give it a feeling of luxury and it would make the perfect gift for a knitter.

5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious and beautiful, 10 Dec. 2012
This review is from: Indulgence Slices (Hardcover)
The recipes I have tried so far have worked beautifully, the Peppermint slices were crumbly and minty without being too sweet and the Rocky Road went down very well too! I'm
Looking forward to trying a lot more from here. The textured hardcover gives it a more expensive look and the photography is great. The price is a bargain for the quality of this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars an absolute delight, 10 Sept. 2007
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The 44 Scotland Street series is just perfection..somehow the books manage to be very funny and insightful, as well as quite calming. This latest installment does not disappointment, and quite rightly the focus is now on Bertie, who is still being smothered by his awful mother. If you haven't read them yet, go and get the first one, and work your way through - the books are wonderful.
