Quite simply amazing. Simple to set up, portable and superb sound quality. Deep, fast and detailed bass and seamless integration with the mid range and treble. Voices sound life-like, instrument separation is clear whilst all the time the whole sits together perfectly. It's not clinical either - totally musical, you just sit back and enjoy any music you throw at it. Cons? Well it shows up the quality of the source material. A poor recording still sounds poor - but that's hardly NAD's fault. The remote is also a bit of a joke, you need to be stood within 2 metres and aim it directly at the unit, otherwise nothing happens, but this is such a minor flaw and if you use Airplay you control the unit from your phone anyway, so the remote is not that important. Naturally with a small box the sound stage is narrow, but the plus side is that there's no faffing about with speaker placement. I bought this to replace a decent set of separates and floor standers and it is better in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Only tried a few charge/discharge cycles on these batteries so far but these work excellent in my speedlight flashgun. I can repeatedly discharge the flash at full power and the batteries just keep going. The recharge time on the flash slows slightly with constant repeat use, but give them a few minutes and it's back just as quick again. Very pleased with my purchase and service was good from the seller. Buy with confidence.

Great features for the money. Gently charges batteries and has an LCD readout (backlit) which shows the charge status. A count down timer would be nice, but this is a very affordable charger. There is a refresh function which discharges the batteries before charging them, useful for reconditioning. It can take an absolute age to discharge some batteries (some took a whole day). Others were much quicker. Overall a good item and I would recommend it.

This review is from: Jilted Generation (Paperback)
Well written, informative, thought provoking and deeply depressing for anyone unlucky enough to be born too late. This book explains why we are where we are. Unlike many of the current offerings which jump on the band wagon of blaming the bankers, this thoughtful and well researched text holds back from the easy blame game and uses authoritative statistics to explain carefully the various difficulties Britain's young adults have been experiencing for the past few years. What many thought was just the result of reckless lending policies over the past decade, leading to overinflated house prices, a financial crash causing recession and unemployment, is shown to have its ultimate roots decades earlier. The realisation of which is that unless there is a paradigm shift in British politics then this will be a lost generation, paying for the short term decisions of our elders and denied many of their advantages.
