1.0 out of 5 stars A poor effort, 14 Mar. 2014
This book isn't so much about Apple after Steve Jobs as is it about meticulously rehashing every event in modern Apple history. The first 10% of the book is entirely about Jobs and rest is unbelievably boring recitals of legal disputes and CSR issues.

The official Jobs biography and Inside Apple are both superb books and worth the effort. This is a lazy collection of news stories pretending to be a book.

3.0 out of 5 stars Grossly misleading, 27 Nov. 2012
The image clearly indicates five fairies. The description is - I suspect - intentionally vague. Only in the fine print do you see that you only get one fairy and that you can't choose which one it is.

Unhelpful and misleading.

Much better than the normal version. Only the homeless and people recovering from surgery would own the normal version.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not that great, really, 9 Jan. 2008
This review is from: Neon Bible (Audio CD)
I loved Funeral so I bought Neon Bible. It just wasn't that good. Hype's a powerful thing as it convinced me to buy this. The new British Sea Power album was a better buy. The Royal We is another choice if want some more Canadian goodness.
