4.0 out of 5 stars Easy reading, 26 Aug. 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This is a light reading, fairly easy to read book - good for taking on holiday.

I felt that it was enjoyable and fairly well written although I did find that it was not as easy as some books to connect to the characters and to really feel about them / what happens to them.

Overall, not one of the best books I have read recently, but enjoyable nevertheless.

Our fridge is covered in childrens drawings and magnets - so I was pleased to be able to try these clips to keep the important papers like bills seperate and to hand.

They are really simple to use. You literally stick the sticky on the wall and then firmly hold the clip on to stick it up (for about 30 seconds).

The clip has stayed on the kitchen wall well and has a good handful of papers clipped up. They are supposed to be easy to remove (part of the sticky tab is left sticking out under the clip to aid removal). However I am not removing it right now - it is too useful to waste!

Would recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Icing, 19 Aug. 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This is seriously easy to use. It is easy to create a smooth and professional look in your cake.

Additionally it isn't just a sickly sweet flavour - the vanilla flavour in it works really well and makes it nicer than other icings I have tried.

Would recommend.

Poor Laa Laa.. A book about friendship and favourite things... Albeit in a simple way....

My three year old has liked this book. It is bright and colourful and I would guess appealing to lots of children in this age group. My five year old says the book is babyish though!...

A good introduction to books and reading...

What can I say!... It's teletubbies and it's a rainy day.

This is a book which is ideal for younger children - my three year old has enjoyed it. My five year old finds it too young for her.

It is bright and colourful, and good for encouraging children into books and reading.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This book is a good recipe book for young people.

Although the recipes are not particularly original, it is presented in a way which is fun and appealing.

The ingredients aren't too absurd or difficult to get hold of. Nor are many of the recipes too expensive looking.

It isn't my sort of thing - but I can see my children using it as they get bigger.

I think this is a well written book. Importantly it's quite a clever book. There are twists and turns where you don't expect them, and some of the ideas it uses are really quite original.

It IS an easy reading book - one you can relax with. It is perhaps slightly over long.

Overall, a good book and I would recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Massage, 19 Aug. 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This arrives in a huge box and is nicely presented!

Out of the box, you first need to undo a screw on the back with the allen key provided. The instructions say this is essential to avoid damaging the product.

You can then attach it to a chair. This is done simply through using the stretchy elastic strap which you stretch around your chosen chair and secure with Velcro.

This done, you are set to go. With the remote control (wired) you choose which programme you would like. We tried it on the demo programme first. This takes you through each of the programmes in turn.

Basically it has the choice of shiatsu massage or rolling massage. Once you have decided which of these you would like you have further options. You can choose upper back, lower back or both with each option. You can also choose to add on heat and/or vibration on the seat pad.

It has the additional feature of being able to tell the seat how high to go up (for people of different heights).

It comes with an attachable headrest and a soft cover to put between you and the massager if you find it too powerful.

In use, the massager is quite powerful and if you are very sore or sensitive might find it too much. I really like it however. My partner who is quite slight (and with health issues including a sore back) also likes it and has found it eases some of her pain already - which given she is on morphine - is quite something. She is really pleased.

The only very slight negative is that at 6'1" my head reaches the headrest perfectly. My partner is only 5'3" and her head nowhere near reaches - and it is a bit difficult to fully rest the head back therefore.

Overall, it is a product we really like.

Would recommend.

If you have an interest in Bonsai but have never quite dared to take the plunge and try it, then this book is ideal for you.

The book does actually make it seem easy! Suddenly what people always perceive as difficult really isn't. It really is straightforward and common sense.

I am unsure how much we will use this book in a practical sense, but I have found it interesting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of ideas, 17 Aug. 2016
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This is a really nice book.

It is beautifully presented and has loads of good ideas for anyone who has lots of ideas but lacks the space to do much.

My 5 year old daughter is also enjoying the ideas presented in this book. Because it is all on a miniature scale, she is finding it inspiring and is trying some of the ideas with me.

It is well written and colourful. I like it.

Would recommend.
