Poor service, poor quality., 25 Mar. 2014
I brought Jaybird earphones & they arrived broken.
These weren't replaced because they wanted to repair them. They requested I post them back at my expense so I did.
They replaced them luckily but then charged me return delivery. That added 50% to the price overall & I don't think it right.
I won't be buying from these guys again because it was so poorly handled.
