Use it every day for work. Has proved durable, reliable (unlike most others the lock mechanism still works perfectly after 9 months). Recently kept coffee warm enough to drink after 4 hours in -15C during trip to lapland, Finland. Did not expect it to do so well. Regularly use it on days out and drink is still nicely hot (not boiling) after 8+ hours. Naturally if you add cold milk to your drink it will cool slightly quicker, but I've tested white coffee/tea after 6+ hours and it's been fine.

It doesn't leak, like it really doesn't. A false claim made by many others. You really can throw this thing in a bag or on the passenger seat of a car and it just won't spill.

Final plus point, it's easy to clean the mechanism as it simply snaps open and allows you to get inside easily. I found some alternatives made this difficult leaving milky residue that goes off, smells and tastes vile inside the mechanism.

Overall, truly excellent product!

I bought this gig bag as a replacement to the standard bag you get with an MIM fender bass.

I've taken it to about 4 rehearsals and 3 gigs so far and it's standing up really well (the straps on the std fender one broke after about 3 days).

The bag has plenty of capacity; I carry 2 instrument cables (one ten meter and one three meter), a kettle lead, a three meter speakon cable, a little box for picks / earplugs, a BIG Ashdown tuner and a bottle of water. This is everything I need for a gig (except for my amp of course).

It is the perfect height for a P or Jazz style bass. If your guitar is of a longer scale, it might be a bit of a squeeze.

The straps seem secure and are comfortable on the back/shoulders and have shown no sign of wear yet.

A particularly nice touch is a bit of extra padding at the bottom of the bag, where the foot of your bass would sit (and often get bashed) on the floor.

The only disadvantage I've found so far is that it sits a bit higher on the back than other cases I've had. This is fine and doesn't create any discomfort, but if you're quite tall it can make going through doors and overhanging trees quite entertaining.

Overall, this is an excellent product from a relative newcomer to the market.
